Very user friendly and a deal for the price, you cant go wrong

I bought this computer to use for school and everyday use. My expectations were low, but I was expecting more than I got. For browsing the web, watching YouTube, and checking email and Facebook, this thing is fine. Anything more and it starts to under perform. The specs on this machine were better than my cousin's computer, so I was expecting it to be quick and have the ability to play light games, such as Minecraft. This machine could barely get 30FPS on Minecraft, but I wasn't too concerned as I'm not much of a gamer. However, I was trying to do some Excel work for one of my classes when it began to slow. I got tired of it, returned it the next day, and dropped an extra $200 on a far better machine.

It's a computer used in an office application for a secretary/office assistant. It does what it needs without issue. The price seemed average for a computer with these specs. I would recommend for this type of application.

I bought this item as open box in excellent condition. After getting the system home we went to set it up and we are getting an error code saying the product key used on this PC didn't work with this edition of windows you might need to get in touch with the store or company you bought windows from, enter a different product key, or go to the store to buy genuine windows. After talking to best buy we are told we need to purchase windows in order for it to work. She said codes to a software can only be use once to any PC but will also depend. It is Windows 10 operating system and the item is compatible on it however, it does not include Windows. But when I bought this item it did say it included Windows. I have never needed to buy windows separate before. I have always bought my computers with it already on my system. Being an open box item all that came with it was the persons information that bought it before I did. So I need to return this for a refund or go buy windows. I will return for a refund.

A good pc if you're on a budget. It does what you need it to.

I love dell! But windows 10 sucks..... windows ruined my current computer and the new one was immediately showing the same symptoms. I TOOK IT BACK.

Beware! I purchased this in the store and with it they sold me a bundle with MS Office 365, Kaspersky Internet Security and wireless adapter. They also sold me wireless keyboard and mouse. I go to pick it up after the software is installed and find out they sold me the wrong geek squad protection plan and the desktop came with a sample of ms office, Kaspersky Internet security and keyboard/mouse set. So why didn't they tell me this before selling me all the extra stuff? What i needed should cost me 479 but I spent 650. They are not transperant on their sales practices. I wasted 5 hoursof my time there, got bad service and now have 2 extra Internet security software, for 3 devices each, which are active immediately and can not be used consecutively so now i'll have to give them away.

I bought this computer to replace my HP desktop. Unfortunately I have to return because the internet doesn't work properly and it's slow. Wish i had read the reviews before. Now I need to look for a new one.

We ordered this online as a package. The monitor was great, and computer seemed fine for about the first 1/2 hour. Then, it would freeze up randomly when we would click on different apps. We kept getting strange messages about 'faulty windows explorer'. We powered it down to start the uploads and it locked up on the restart for hours. Fortunately, Best Buy was great about the return - just sorry we had to return the monitor because it was very nice quality.

Delivered on 5/18 and returned today 5/20. Shut down in the middle of initial setup. Restarted with error message "System service exception." Returned it to the store with no problems. I think Dell and Microsoft should end their relationship...

Good luck finding the power cables to add more hard drives to this thing. Best Buy doesn't carry them and can't order them in for you
