    It took weeks waiting to get product. Then recipient left the country. On return another one was sent but charger was missing. Unable to use.

    Brand new computer and it come with a bad battery that has to be returned to Dell to replace!?!?

    It talks on it own (Cotana), I returned it. Security box states “Everyone”, first two day I was the only administrator. Then somehow it was “Everyone”. Who is everyone?
