Great laptop for home, everyday use. I haven't found any faults. the pad area is deeper than my old one...took a little getting use to.

I bought this on clearance at a great price for in Intel i7. Keyboard is a little small but it is an upgrade over my previous laptop.

Despite great specs, latest i7 chip, body is cheap plastic, fingerprint issue. Disappointed

No major issues with the computer itself, but nothing really dazzling me either. One caution -- before converting to Windows 10, consider any potential compatibility issues. I was very disappointed that the driver for my Dell Printer (less than five years old) was not supported by Dell for Windows 10. Also, the version of Windows Mail that is compatible with W10 was not supported by my email provider.

I have had several issues with normal operations (website access, email management, etc.) but Geek Squad has resolved them

I bought this computer for my daughter for college and works great. She also uses it for some light gaming and works well.

This is a great laptop - but it takes getting used to if you are currently using Windows 7. Graphics and sound are great.

Very happy with the dell laptop. Specs are excellent, System runs great. Purchased for my son to use at community college. Discount was what got me to purchase and Dell service. Very pleased.

The mouse pad is slow at response, and the user must be careful when turning off. It takes quite a while to shut down. If you put the screen down before waiting, it will go to shutting down when you are trying to turn it on, and takes a long time before you can try to turn it on. Annoying. This dell is not what I expected. I have always bought Dell. What a disappointment.

Easy to set up, graphics are excellent. Needing more time to learn to be effecient with Windows 10, but overall a very good laptop.

Would've gave 5 stars but I like the old school desktop setting that you can use but it just isn't the same

This laptop has all the capability I was looking for. The only thing I wish it had was a backlit keyboard.
