I have had no problems with this computer. My main difficulty was learning Windows 8, but not that I have that down I am happy!

This computer has met all my expectations, although I would have been even happier with it if the screen were slightly larger. Still, given the price it has been excellent.

My daughter is using this for school and ...you know...MInecraft. She really likes her first computer!

I got this computer because I was upgrading my old PC this one works great and is very user friendly.

I really like this machine however it works best with a wireless mouse, the mouse pad is a bit to large and at times your hand can accidently touch it and get in the way.

I was looking for Core I7 laptop under $600 and found this laptop online. I am using this laptop over a month and so far no complaints. I am very happy with my purchase

Great computer but some things are working slowly. I expected more from this advanced computer.

Dell products are of good quality, but the inability to customize sends me to other vendors.

If I was basing the rating solely on the performance of the laptop, it would get a 5. In spite of the fact that I have tens of thousands of photos with editing software, it is still lighting fast. However, it seems to be constructed of cheap materials, and so the body has not held up as I take it back and forth to work daily. There are lines down the screen where it's been damaged because of the flimsy material around the screen, and there is an issue between the battery and harddrive. I'm pretty disappointed with it since my last laptop lasted me 7 years, even through numerous trips out of the country. Would I recommend it...yes, but with hesitation about the construction and durability of it.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter as a college gift. She loves it. She can get everything quickly and she has enough space to save her work.

i got for my son for school. Easy to sign on. Very easy to understand & navigate.

it works fine, great resolution, needs leds to indicate charging, power on, .. etc

I bought this laptop because I needed a computer to take online courses, but I also wanted something that could hold all my music, photos and audiobooks with room to spare and allow me to surf the web and stream videos with no lag. I also wanted a cd/dvd player, and didn't want to deal with a touchscreen. This laptop is stellar...I love it!!!

Machine is all loaded and powerful but the built is what makes it look average.

I was very happy with the fast delivery. I love the keys on this keyboard is to type and has a good feel for it, the display is great as well.

Great so far. I like the external battery, CD/DVD spot, and USB ports! The only thing that would make it better is if it were touch screen.

Got my out of box, because they ran out of them at the store. Love it; hoping this will last me though college and first or second job.

My first Dell and I am very happy with the quality look of this model. Keyboard is very easy to type on and the graphics are excellent.
