Was not working right out of the box

He said they could replace it then said he couldn't order it. Had another woman handling telephone orders try to order it. She couldn't order it. No attempt to try to help me get it replaced. The Geek Squad member and the salesman in Computers did try to upsell me a $1000 laptop in the store. Gee thanks a bunch. I'll go to Staples next time!!!
