Great laptop for an unbeatable price! Fast processor, great graphics, relatively lightweight given the size, great built-in camera. Wouldn't change a thing! Made upgrading to Windows 10 a breeze. Definitely would recommend purchasing for basic computing needs!

Fast and works great, bought for my son for college, much lighter than the HP he had and easy to carry.

It's very fast. No issues. The only thing we miss is the touch screen and lighted keypad. We're happy!

You can't find an i7 5th gen laptop at the price $480. It runs pretty smooth so far and I like it.

This laptop does everything my old desktop did, but better! I upgraded from a dual core AMD 1.6 processor and this one is way faster! It also can with more memory than I had(6 compared to 4) Every operation is faster and the best part is I can take it with me! I still use my old 23" monitor, I just had to purchase a cheap adapter to change the VGA input to HDMI. For the price and features, it was the best deal around by far!

This laptop performs well, I did upgrade RAM to 12. Processing speeds are good. Very good price.

Purchased this laptop for my son's first year of college. It was important that it had enough memory and storage for his classes. He's very happy with this system. Next time I think we'll get something that also has some touch screen features. Overall, just what we thought it would be.

I have been in the IT industry for over 23 years and have seen companies come and go based upon their product performance, or lack of. Dell has been a steady, consistent provider of hardware and has become my choice for Desktops. This one doesn't disappoint.

I never upgraded from XP so I thought I would try out Windows 8.1 when this computer went on sale. I really am glad I purchased it. No problems with anything. I also installed OneDrive which is good to sync with other computers. This runs very slow. I have an MsAccess program that I developed and just opening the program causes it to resync. Takes a couple of hours even with no changed.
