Great performance for the money (on sale, it was the least expensive i7 processor laptop I could find). It suits my needs perfectly. But the unit is heavy. The touchpad and screen are not first rate.

The computer is fast and works pretty good. For some reason the screen has a minor glare, that can be annoying. Otherwise it is a pretty good purchase.

I bought this computer and hooked it up with Windows 10 right out of the box. The download, install, and setup took a while, but it has been operating near flawlessly since purchasing a month ago. It is very responsive. I haven't tried any gaming yet, but it is looking promising.

I loved this notebook. Even it was not at al as described on Best Buy description of item. There said that it has 3.0 GHz Processor speed but it is 2.4 GHz each two cristal of pricessor...

I am a graduate student and I am finding this very useful for my projects. I purchased open box for $550 + tax but couple of days later its price got slashed down to $476 + tax. Check for the deal and go for it.

We wanted to replace our desktop with a laptop to give us more mobility. We researched online and this laptop was the best value we could find. After using it, we have no complaints.

Does what I need it to do for college. The only thing that is wrong is that my number keypad on my keyboard does not work. But overall, it is lightweight and easy to take places.

I got this for my kids for school and games, seems to be holding up quite nicely. Shame the keys are not backlit, would make for better viewing at night or in a dim room.

We needed a new laptop for our high school student and the reviews led us to chose the Dell Inspiron. It was easy to set up and our high school student was easily able to connect to necessary wi-fi and networks as well as install the virus protection.

I purchased this laptop as a work computer and it has exceeded all expectations. Great display, sleek design and more than enough horsepower to get what I needed done.

Has a good old fashioned CD/DVD drive built in for those holdouts like me. Popups from DELL about company utilities/updates are annoying but not the worst I have seen.

For most people this is a good computer. Not for me as the mouse pad is much too touchy. I returned this for another that I could control more to my needs. For the money this is a very good item, as it has some high end hardware and is a good brand.

We love our new Dell. Windows is a little hard to navigate with the changes but that has nothing to do with the computer. I do wish the sound was a little louder.

This laptop is worth every penny and then some. This is my first Dell laptop, but if it stays on course for at least as long as my previous one (Toshiba), it definitely won't be my last.

Great hardware specs but tochpad is non reaponsive. Keyboard keys too small and in closed proximity from each other.

I am not using my laptop to it's fullest potential, and basically for email and internet use. I know I easily skype, stream music, movies and a lot else.

Asstated in the summary, this is not the fastest laptop I have ever seen but it is fast enough for my purposes and was a great value when on sale.

This laptop gets the job done and is relatively quick. The Dell laptops that I have used have always been good and this one stays true to form.
