    for the price, i expected a much better build quality. the processors great. the screen is beautiful. but, the bezel around the screen is just cheap plastic; and the fan is significantly loud. im returning it.

    It's okay. It works fine but I have gotten so used to having a number pad i should have gotten a different one. Not the laptop's fault. My fault.

    product was great. curb side pick up was terrible. waited three hours. went in to store to get, was told they could not help because it was still being processed 90 minutes after I purchased on line. The ad stated pick up within an hour. I finally flagged down the best buy employee who was delivering to other people in the parking lot. It was after normal store hours closed. he then promptly went and found my purchase.
