The product is of good quality and easy to use. Am noticing some jumping of the screen when using Office 2019 and haven't found out yet what is causing that but otherwise, am happy with my purchase. As it only has 2 USB ports, I have a hub connected that gives me additional ports as needed.

Great step up from what I was using. Screen is clear even when zooming out to see a large spreadsheet. The only issue that I have is the trackpad sensitivity. I wish I could make it less sensitive but I find this an issue with all trackpads.

Great fast little laptop. I like that it has the i7 processor and decent sized SSD which makes it fast and snappy. Only thing I would have preferred was that the charging port didn't double as the USB-C port, I wish they were separate.

Great value. Difficult to see keys during day when backlit is on. Turning it off solves the problem. Would look for black keys in future. Everything else is great.

I normally don’t write reviews but in this specific case, my experience was so bad that I needed to warn other people. I bought this laptop two days ago and I was quite happy with the specs and the cost of the laptop. However, when I picked it up and tried to configure the laptop, I immediately had issues connecting to wifi. I tried everything on my side and wasted at least four hours without any good results. I then decided to call Dell for support. The representative took me through multiple steps and wasted again another hour or more. At one point the Dell technician said that it seemed to be a software issue and their warranty didn’t cover that so he couldn’t do anything. Finally, I decided to take it to the Geek Squad so they can look into it. After around two hours they called me to tell me that they tried everything and they couldn’t fix it. Their recommendation was to return the laptop. I read multiple forums online and indeed, it seems that there is an issue between Microsoft updates and Dell’s drives that are creating this issues with multiple inspiron models. Hence, I really had no other option than to return it. I’m very frustrated at the fact that this seems to be a well know issue for Dell and Best Buy, yet they continue to sell these laptops. Spare yourself a headache and don’t get this computer.

bought this as a replacement for older unit belonging to one of my foreman. He was pleased with the unit and notes that the "screen is easy to read" and the unit is "fast and light weight". I would buy another today if the need came up.

This is really nice. Smaller than I imagined but very nice. It does what I need it to do, if you want high tech, bells and whistles, this is not for you. This has great features....is maybe overpriced but seems like will be a great asset.

I fell in love with this computer its super fast. I havd no complain at all, its good for streaming games and also photoshop and heavy programs. I really recommend this computer.

Good entry level computer. If you only need it for basic school work and zoom calls it’s perfect. If you are looking for something to manage photos and videos, look for something better.

I needed a laptop to work from home. This model did not disappoint. It's lightweight, quiet and has what I need to complete work tasks, browse, shop, zoom. So so good.

Everything I expected, thin, light, quiet and fast enough for the normal work I use it to complete - The touchpad works great, but I also ended up purchasing a Bluetooth mouse for it as well which makes it even better.

I bought this as a second laptop to use for my second job and I find myself using it more the my origami much larger laptop. For the price vs specs that you get for this computer it was a no brainer for me.

I bought this for travel, primarily to download movies and to keep up with my microsoft solitaire challenge games. It is a great complement to my 17" Dell Inspiron that I use daily at home.
