Great little laptop. Fast and has a long lasting battery. I originally purchased a Lenovo I-7 evo, but it would not turn on after a week, so I had to return it. They were not in stock but the Dell I-5 evo was, so I decided to try it. I have had Dell in the past and they have served me well. So far this one is doing fine. Had most of the features that I had wanted and at a great price

Love the size..travel friendly..lightweight and slim. My only suggestion to user is find the keyboard light button (F5) and shut off keyboard light. When the keyboard is light is on you cannot see the keys (the keyboard is silver and the keys light up in a soft white that makes it hard to see)

We purchased this 2-in-1 laptop for our daughter to take to college. We got a great deal, as it was an “open box.” It arrived in the original Dell packaging and there were no cosmetic defects. The laptop was in perfect working order. It’s quick, light, and has great 2-in-1 features such as touch screen and a folding design. She loved it.

Great price! Great service! I was on the road with family traveling from MS to upstate NY on 12/23. I think we ordered it somewhere in PA. LOL. I asked my daughter to help me pick-out a laptop when she had a spare minute. Next thing, she was researching, & in-no-time, we had it ordered. Love my new computer. It is compact, picture clarity is awesome, very easy to use. I love that it can flip to be a stand for watching videos. I will never go without a Lighted keyboard (once you have it). We looked at several other computers that were much more expensive but I feel I got everything the others had. Very happy with my purchase!

When my last computer did not react well to unexpected water, this was the replacement. I am now so glad that happened! The size of this is ideal, it can run all the programs I need, and the flipping to a tablet will be useful. Almost everything from my old computer was in the cloud. This one was up and running within 30 minutes of coming out of the box.

Very happy with the laptop. Its very stylish. Gets work done, the speed is good. Touch screen makes things more easy. The only con is the heat when placed on laps. The design is more suitable to table tops.

Great overall device to everyday tasks that is not too graphic card heavy. Problem after few years that the screen tends to fall backward or forward by itself.

Bought this as an "emergency" replacement for my son. He's in college and his laptop took a dump. He picked it up same day halfway across the nation at the nearest Best Buy to his campus. According to him, it works like a champ and is super convenient for his classes, especially for presentations.
