My wife purchased this for her personal work computer, as she owns her own business. The laptop is a good size, not too big where it won't fit into a bag, and not too small where it's hard to see the screen. She uses it daily and it does everything she needs it to do.

Battery doesn’t last as long as I like but everything else is great! Love the fingerprint reader instead of typing a passcode. The Dell notification is kinda cool, you can text people from your computer.

So far so good. I needed a new computer and it seems to be working great. I’m still transferring stuff from my old computer to it please

Pretty good laptop so far. It just gets a little hot sometimes and the speakers aren’t the loudest, but they work. Gets the job done.

Amazing Laptop for college students. Purchased this for my little brother and to my surprise the performance is better then what i had expected from the specs. If you are looking for a good mid to high range laptop, definitely give this a shot.

I've been a long time Mac user and had to purchase this Windows laptop for my daughter's remote learning. The standard setup along with the parental setup couldn't have been easier. Best experience with a Windows machine I've had in a long time.

This is a reasonably powerful computer in a tiny package at a great price. I got mine on sale for under $600, which was truly a steal. The only issue I have is that flipping it closed and then booting it back up sometimes fails to sleep and it "recovers from error on boot" I'm sure this is fixable in settings somewhere, but it is a bit frustrating to have this kind of issue in a 2in1 out of the box.

Overall the item is performing as expected. Here and then it lacks at least one more USB port to support using of external drives.

nice and thin features good but it gets very hot and the processor speed is very low would be good a 2.5 GHz starter

This laptop looks good. It's working fine. My child likes it specially because of this laptop can also be used like a touch screen tablet. Overall nice laptop for students. Thanks Bestbuy for on time delivery just before Summer School started.

The features, quality, and processing speed is great. It keeps up with my 1,000 dollar smart phone. I'd love to buy an upgraded version of this with better video capabilities. The screen brightness was relatively low at max settings and the audio left a bit more to be desired from a laptop. If using it for media only, this might be a pass unless you use headphones or external speakers. As a student however, This PC is perfect for running several programs and multi-tasking.

Pictures not as clear or vibrant as others. Easy to use.

I purchased this unit because at the time I could buy it for $450 as Open Box. It's a solid build, setup was a breeze, love that it has 512GB fast SSD storage, the fan cools well but is not too loud... so performance is above average for the I5-10210U configuration. It's all let down by a 200+ NIT 50% sRGB display though, and in spite of the price I just could not deal with the display.

This computer is lightweight, versatile, and beautiful. It does everything that I need it to do for work. So easy to use. I love the fingerprint identification and that the keys light up as your typing. Best computer purchase ever!!!

This computer was such a great buy for the kids at the end of the year we decided to buy another exact same model for the virtual schooling. The touch screen is great for the kids and doing homework. I would recommend this laptop.
