Great balance between performance and price. There's obviously other laptops out there with better performance but this is a great balance between quality, performance, and price. Display quality could be a little better.

I love this laptop - light and thin. Just one small issue, sometimes the computer did not recognize my fingerprint.

It is very portable and my daughter like it very much. It looks professional and nice to carry around.

Had previously owned a Dell 2-in-1 and was looking to upgrade. Very satisfied! Works fast, very nice display, can readily switch from writing up word documents in laptop mode to watching videos on tablet mode. Highly recommend!

Very nice laptop for portability. It is the right size for someone who needs to use it as a tablet as well.

Display - great, 13.3" FHD Audio - could have been a bit loud Keyboard - typical Battery - Nominal, not at par with other ultrabooks Speed - Bit slow for an i5 even on the charger, maybe limited to reduce heating Heating - definitely heats, cannot use on lap for long periods Screen hinges are study - a simple knock will not push the display back but rather tips the whole laptop

Great buy for simple at home tasks. Light weight and love the slender design.

Purchased Laptop for kids because of virtual/distance learning....easy to use for 8 & 9 year old

A lot lighter then my older laptop. Great screen size & great picture on screen. has a lot of memory space.

I love this laptop but I had to return it because we own everything apple and got a really good deal with an apple laptop. Love the touchscreen. The talking was a bit annoying but I'm sure you can turn that feature off.

first time using a touch screen laptop, i like it but it is very delicate (the screen is broken already just to put the charger on another pocket in the same bag so the pressure of it broke the screen!!! )

My wife's laptop died and I needed a replacement for her quickly. This one was priced reasonably for the specs and is the form factor she prefers so this is what I bought her. With daily use for her work she tends to go through a laptop every two years so I do not see a reason to buy top of the line. This one does ship with typical bloatware as most major manufacturers do. No issues so far and hoping it last for at least two years.

Easy to use and start up process was simple. Good laptop, but fingerprint ID is not the best.

Highly recommend 2 in 1. Processes fast even with multiple programs running while surfing the net.

Lightweight but powerful enough for all of my needs. I edit short-form videos and music, and this has been perfect (haven't tried longer or more complex. I also do some light graphic design work and photo retouching, and have enjoyed the flexibility of flipping back the keyboard and using a stylus with the touch screen to finesse my work. So far, the battery has been great and my biggest fear (constant Windows updates) has not been a problem at all. If I had one wishlist item, it would be a rubberized skin to absorb shock and add traction to the bottom (the little feet are not very effective on my tilted laptop table), and I could not find anything from Dell or online that fit this model.

This Dell is being used as a laptop for a student. The setup was easy, installation of additional software as well. It has had daily use thus far for the last month and we have not had any single issue.

It's good enough for what I need it for, meetings, email and shopping. I do recommend getting the wireless mouse and keyboard. The only thing I don't care for are all the software they recommend you install. Some of the software I did install but some of the other ones I didn't think we're necessary for what I use it for.
