Very nice laptop. Unfortunately I had to return it because it had video issues but exchanged it for another one and everything was ok with this one. Very recommended and excellent price.

Easy to set up quickly. Plenty of space, intuitive design, and nice, clear screen. This Dell is a good laptop for most general office, business and personal uses when Microsoft 365 is added.

This notebook had the best value for money. A high enough spec to have this notebook last at least 5 years. Inexpensive compared to different brands with the same spec.

Lots of ways to use this pc. Love it! I really love the touch screen feature.

My wife is so excited and we loved our Dell from the past. Now with our new, 2 in 1 laptop/tablet it is so nice and convenient. Perfect for our needs and very easy to setup on our own.

Cheap Laptop and very bulky. We bought for the price point but did not enjoy as it took up way too much space and felt like it was from a previous decade. If you’re strapped for cash, this one is ok. It’s worth it to spend a little more though to get a slimmer and sleeker laptop.

It has great features and I use it all the time for anything, from work related to watching videos. The touchscreen is great and makes it easier and more instinctive to use

I love this laptop. The size is great. The screen is great and it is well made. The only downside is that it is a bit heavier than the Surface Pro it replaced.

Picked this up for my wife to start working from home. Setup was a breeze & haven't experienced any problems or issues. Dell is hard to beat for a Windows based machine.

I just installed my soundbar and I’m impressed with the improvement in sound. I use my LG smart tv for watching tv only (No music) and mostly Netflix and Amazon Prime. I was frustrated that often I could not understand/hear movie dialogue. I just tested the tv/soundbar watching scenes from Moonlight (BTW an excellent movie) that I couldn’t hear/understand with just the tv sound. WOW what a difference. The only challenge for me was hooking up the soundbar and tv as I’ve never looked at the back of my tv! I didn’t find the instructions to be easy to understand but I worked my way through it eventually.

Purchased this for my wife and she loved it. It's just the right size. It's more than she needs but for the price, couldn’t pass it up. Highly recommend!

I have owned many computers but this is the best yet. I love the flexibility of switching between keyboard and touchscreen. It's sleek and not bulky and heavy.
