I really love my computer it’s a beautiful and very light weight computer It looks like an apple product I love it

I love my Dell Inspiron 2-1 touch screen laptop....just what l needed to help me organize and simplify my work load at school.

Great computer for college. My husband uses it, it is very portable and has a simple to understand interface.

Besides the perfect size, it has a back-lit keyboard that you can activate when you needed it. It has an excellent video quality. Neat design as well. The only thing that I have had issues with is, when the battery drains and I connect it to charge it, it gets super hot.

Excellent Laptop. Very Light weight. I would recommend this laptop if you are looking for a daily use laptop.

I used this laptop on a daily basis. I love how you can switch it from a laptop to tablet mode. So easy to use.

Although the look of the laptop is nice (very clear and perfect size, unfortunately, the laptop overheats (gets hot and fan constantly runs). After finally researching I had to disable/turn off the Turbo Boost technology. It worked after that (no more overheating) but I shouldn't have to do that on a laptop. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Sleek, easy to set up. Keyboard lights up do I can see wherever I am and I love switching between tablet and laptop.

Since my previous laptop purchased from you was 7 years old, I needed to update. This gives me good update and the ability to stay updated for years. Very glad about that! The lighted keyboard is great when I sit in front of the TV! The capacity specs (8 gig, 512, etc.) give me good future capability. Now all I need to do is get used to the upgraded features and UI!!

Computer works great. Easy set up. Granddaughter is in heaven. Hasn't stopped using it except when sleeping.

Bought this computer for son attending college. Works great for what it needs to be used for.

Bad: Laptop looks good but not high end every though you're paying over a thousand dollars for it. The surface feels cheap, easily scratches. Fingerprint sensor on the power button is garbage, doesn't recognize you half the time. No facial recognition. Charging cord not USB C but a big clunky plug. Kind of thick but again, I also bought the XPS13 which kind of sets the standard. Good: screen looks great and touch works well. Keyboard also good, not as good as the Dell XPS13 which I also have. No issues software-wise. It runs smooth. Battery life descent with normal web browsing and zoom conferencing all day, around 7-8 hrs roughly, a guess, didn't really time it. The tent mode is useful for the kids.
