The plastic trim piece at bottom of screen to righthand side of the hinge connection broke after owning it for only 33 days. I sent it back to Dell for repair and they said the screen is not covered under the warranty. They would repair it for a price. they wanted me to give my credit card info over the phone to some Indian guy instead of entering it into a Dell encrypted web site. I declined. Instead purchased a Lenovo Yoga C7040 with a 15 1/2" screen and a one year warranty from Best Buy covering any accidental damage from spilling water or dropping it for the same price as the Dell Inspiron 7000 2 in 1. The Lenovo sits flat on my desk and doesn't rock like the Dell keyboard base does. The Dell base appears to be warped. The Lenovo is a superior product hands down, and has a one year manufactures warranty including the screen. Don't buy the Dell Inspiron 13.3 70002 in 1. it's junk.

I bought this laptop because I was looking for portability. But I just donated it. I do not recommend DELL.

We're sorry to hear about the wireless connectivity issues that you had with your computer. It's possible that you just needed to download the latest wireless driver for your computer. I ordered this from my car as an emergency replacement so I did not have much choice on laptop

I noticed it happened when I needed to record and lightly edit a 6-minute video. I was open-box certified. I'm guessing the overheating was due to a hardware problem, at least that what I was told by a technician. I actually really loved it until I encountered this issue. Now, I've read more reviews on the new version with the i7 processor and it seems that overheating a common occurrence with these computers. That sucks. Wish it wasn't. I returned it.

The webcam is an app. About 3 1/2 months after my purchase the camera started malfunctioning. The picture was dark and blurry.
