This computer runs super hot. Burns skin if on lap.

Bought this for work. I work from home and have it connected to 2 Dell monitors. It's been great. I run a lot of programs and haven't had a problem. Quick to start up and quick to load.

Overall it works good. Camera however is extremely low resolution, like a phone camera of 2000's. taking pictures shows severe pixellation. Also, Microsoft Edge has these built in ad features that have adds pop up on your desktop. Took a while to figure out how to disable. Not good if you want this laptop for your kids.

I like it.First it has a problem sometimes. When I did restart it works fine.

Use this for college and it powers on quickly. Its quick to download and upload files. I can access Google Chrome instantly unlike my old laptop that took forever to turn on and load.

Great computer. The screen size is impressive for a 13.3" computer. It's fast and works well with all the encryption software my company requires. It does everything I ask of it.

The lights under the keys and the silver keys make it somewhat difficult to see

I am visually impaired. I needed a computer that allows me to zoom and serves as a tablet. This computer does everything i need it to do and more. Its a new purchase, I will update as time goes on.

Only wished it had Win 10 Pro instead of Home other than that the laptop is great.

I had trouble getting it back on one time and hope it does not continue.

Purchased Dell Inspiron in May for daughter as high school graduation gift. Did research and saw this seemed like a good choices as I had previously had a Dell laptop and it lasted for years. After about two months, my daughter brought it to my attention that when she was on video chat or Zoom meetings, the bottom of the computer screen was blurry. I suggested we take it in, as it was under warranty and we had also purchased Geek Squad protection plan (which is a joke). Daughter took it in on July 23rd to our local store to see if they could fix it in-house. She was under the assumption (based on conversation with local agent) that it would be fixed in house so she would have it in time for school. This was on July 23. Fast forward to today, 8/31, many calls later to Geek Squad, Best Buy 800 # and local store, no one can give me an update as to where my computer is and when it will be returned. I was told they would not refund, they would not give me a loner, but I could definitely buy another computer so my daughter could have one in time for school. No one knows anything. I call and get transferred around or just get the run around that they don’t have a way to get ahold of Geek Squad. Even Geek Squad customer service cannot check status, they can only see updates that I can see. Apparently they don’t have the means to contact the warehouse where my computer is being worked on to see when it will be fixed or sent back. They do however, still want to collect the money each month, because I will be charged a late fee if I don’t continue making payments for a defective product I don’t even have, because it is in “their warehouse “ somewhere. I’m beyond frustrated with The whole situation and will NEVER shop at BestBuy again!!!!

Only item missing is a privacy cocer for the webcam. Overall laptop is great

We haven't had a chance to really set this up yet, but it looks good so far.

So easy to use. It’s perfect for everything I need to do for work. I can also stream movies and watch them just like I’m watching a small tv. Very happy with my purchase!
