It took a couple weeks to fix, therefore I was without my laptop/livelihood, unable to work/do video conferencing. This was a huge disappointment.

I thought it was a flub. Bought another one. Had to have in for new battery, microphone and screen at about 18 months and now, 4 months later- the microphone doesn't register at all and the battery is running so hot that the computer is physically hot to the touch and lasts about 3.5 hours. Going in AGAIN to be fixed. This is ridiculous with so many of us working from home. Why is the $125 Chromebook more reliable?
