    Had the laptop for most of the year. The charger went bad the support denied that it was making sounds and delivering to much power. Support has been an absolute nightmare. They kept trying to get me to send my laptop in for repair when it was the charger the entire time. They also tried sending me a downgraded 5000 Series because this laptop isn't made after me asking a few times if it was still being made. I believed very much that this was the best oem when it came to laptops but they've shown me that they went back to the days when the CS is just awful. There was a small handful of agents that wanted to help but, we kept getting hit with delays and other things due to covid and the computer no longer being sold by them. I kept telling them the experience I've had with the laptop and they wrote it off as non existent and just because they couldn't hear the coil whine over the phone it must not exist. Lots of problems but lots of things that to them didn't exists. The charger doesn't have speakers so it must not be making noises when its clearly is.
