This is a nice size computer. It is small but works great. It’s not bulky, fits in your Bag neatly. I love it. All the features is great. Small, touch screen.

This Dell Inspiron 13.3" 7000 was bought for my husband to replace an old desk top computer and Apple i-pad. Lot's of storage, fast processing, touchscreen, mobility...everything he wanted/needed. So far very happy.

Works fine for normal every day use. Does have smaller size keyboard and screen than I thought as doesn’t seem like full 13” It sometimes overheats so fan runs a bit. Overall it works fine, memory sufficient, per food good, just little smaller than used to

Dell always provides superior product and service. The one thing that I found a little difficult is that the keys are silver with the white light behind them. While the look is attractive it's somewhat difficult to see the keys. It's fine someone experienced in typing with all fingers, but someone who doesn't know the keyboard it might be a bit more difficult. The product is great to take to meetings, the screen is clear, laptop is light and easy to carry and store. The Best Buy agent who helped me provide fast and thorough assistance.

Size, weight, screen size are perfect. My only complaint is that Dell put the fan vent on the bottom of the laptop and it tends to overheat if not propped up for air flow. Dell is notorious for making this design flaw. Last laptop was on the side and it was fine. The one before that was on the bottom and had issues too.

Purchased this a year ago and have had zero problems. Lightweight, plenty of storage for a laptop, fast processor and enough memory.

Purchased this for my daughter, starting her masters degree. She loves it, it is light, battery lasts a long time and it does not get hot.

I purchased this computer while under quarantine for COVID-19. I was on the fence about what to get as I could not go into the store and look at anything. This was not my first choice but hardly anything was in stock. I replace my YOGA from Lenovo with this computer. I do feel that it is a bit small and I am trying to adjust. Overall, it has been a good computer for what I need- I am a therapist that does tele-therapy and my computer's camera crashed in the middle of a work day. This computer has a very nice camera and I am sure there are more things that I have yet to discover. My only problem with this system is the keys are silver and I am used to black keys. It is hard to see the letters on the keys during the day with the backlight on and the silver keys. That is my concern. Almost made my return it.....

Easy to use, love the touchscreen feature. It does a great job with multiple apps. You can multi task without it freezing up on you.

Great smaller laptop. Fast startup, handles MS office and other applications easily. Great for student or business travel.

This Dell 7000 2-in-1 is a powerful laptop with pleanty of storage. The response is fast. The display is bright and clear. I use it for my traveling computer and this serves me well. This was a floor sample and I got it as an open box unit at a fantastic price below $420.00. I would have given this an excellent rating if not for two issues. First, the key identification legends of the keyboard can be difficult to see at times. Even though the keys are backlit, the reflection of room lighting off the keys can make the key legends very hard to see. I resolved this by placing a small letter decal from my Ptouch labeler on the keys beside the backlit symbols. Second, there is only one standard USB port which I use for the mouse. To use a USB flash drive, the mouse need to be removed. I resolved by adding a multiport USB 3.0 device to the smaller UBD-C "Oval" port. With those issues addressed as I did, I rate this an excellent unit.

Incredibly fast, very good battery life. I'm very pleased with the quality of the build as well. Very light AMD just the perfect size.

I have owned several dell computers and this one is by far my favorite. The backlit keyboard and tablet mode are great. Its super fast and has performed well thus far. The only negative is how easily the outside cover gets scratched & I am yet to find a capable hard cover/case for it.

Portable.it can fit in a small pocketbook plus it’s touch screen. Love my new Dell Inspiron laptop and the color is perfect for me.

This laptop is quick and easy to use right out of the box. I would highly recommend it for any user from amateur to pro!
