Disappointed!

When connecting to Zoom, I found that the pictures of the members were of very poor quality, mostly grainy and not sharp. The sound was also very poor quality and had to be turned up full volume for others to hear. Returned the computer the next day.

Defective Laptop

The sales guy who sold it to us told us is was a brand new laptop. Weeks ago it stop working. When I took it in the store we were informed that it was not a new laptop, in fact it had been a display laptop and eventually had been purchased and returned by a previous customer.

Device sleep mode issue

A settings change will not resolve this. I googled and tied multiple things that customers tried with the same issue but no success. I had to return the Pc and just went with a faithful MAcBook pro

Great computer

We bought it new, two days later would not charge, crashing, want update... Called Dell, determined bad hardware. Wanted us to send brand new computer to be fixed, then will send it back to us... No solutions, and in the meantime. . . Overall bad experience...

Bad quality worst service

The screen said it was not compatible. Then I received a number of fatal errors I packed it up and returned it to Best Buy but that’s where the fun begin as he had to take it all apart test everything out and verify a bunch of stuff I’ve had it for one day what a hassle. I don’t plan to buy anything like this from Best Buy or Dell again based on a poor customer experience and a very low quality product

I am not happy at all.

Absolute Junk

It is currently disassembled in front of me. The screws holding it together have stripped out as they are an inadequate design to handle the stresses of the computers ability to "flip" and be a 2n1 device. Because of this the body of the laptop has begun to detach putting further stress on the chassis. It has now damaged the lcd. This piece of junk is absolutely disgusting. I have never dropped it and it has barely ever even been moved.

Camera will not work. Need to call geek squad

It will not work for any applications and it is set to work with all. It is disappointing to have the brand new computer have this issue.

Piece of junk

It felt cheap and seemed glitchy right out of the box. After less than 3 months of minimal use (I use a different laptop for work, so this was just for personal use), it crashed and will not start up. Dell Customer Support has not been able to find a solution. So now I have to stick more money into fixing a 3 month old laptop?! Not happy.

Dell service sucks

Nightmare

Very bad experience 8 times. cannot call local store, personnel not trained on proper charges for computer related items thru geek squad...20 min. appointments create more errors and issues...a NIGHTMARE...also new computer set up had mistakes...had to bring it back again as the tech who worked on it did not install WEBROOT

Awful computer

Battery lost all life after 6 months. I used this computer solely for word processing and email. After the warranty ran out, it won't even turn on. Now they want me to pay $50 shipping to send it to them so they can tell me what's wrong with it and then give me another bill.
