Bought as open box, certified. Nice, comfortable to use. Good battery life. Nice thickness to monitor, doesn't feel like your going to crack the screen opening the laptop. Great storage slot for included Dell pen, just wish it used rechargeable batteries and charged when docked instead of having a AAAA replaceable. Overall would buy again.

A very good i7 Laptop with very nice 4K video and graphics processor. Very solid machine but light and easy to carry. Battery life appears good. Nice to have the 2-in-1 feature so you're able to have laptop & tablet functionality in a single machine. Only slight negative is the sound quality. It's Ok but could be better.

The only flaw I have found so far is it not having a full SD card slot. The touch screen is phenomenal and the stylus works smoothly. Having it’s own docking location inside of the laptop is a big plus. I use the product for marketing, photography, and more and can seamlessly run multiple programs simultaneously without issue.

I bought this laptop for this semester. it works good, everything fine. I love the screen 4k, I can watch amazing movie. it also can use as a tablet. the pen really helpful in classes to take notes. I just got some problem about unlocking the window, Best Buy helped me to fix that, thank Best Buy.

This is a great computer/tablet hybrid. Because I do a lot of reading for work, the stylus is perfect and very helpful when it comes to highlighting material. The computer itself is lighting quick and the screen resolution is phenomenal. Overall, this is a great computer.

The computer has a very pleasing profile and a reasonably fast processor. Battery management slows performance except when the speed is needed. The 15.6 inch keyboard is backlit which was a requirement I had for this computer. It fits nicely in my backpack. The cons: the display is very reflective like a mirror but after buying a glare screen I the display is good. The mouse pad is a little too sensitive but the touchscreen makes the computer very useable. I also like the fingerprint scanner for login and the quick boot up. I highly recommended this computer but if you are into gaming it would work but if you are a serious gamer you would want more of a gaming machine with a faster graphics card.

My Mac decided it didn’t want to turn on anymore... thought I was going to have to pay another 2 grand for a new one... until I found this one and the specs were even better than the Mac and cheaper!!

Had to replace an older one Never realized how slow it was until I bought this one. Great speed, smooth lines. Great deal. Lightweight and totally meets my needs. Recommend this one for small business, email, web surfing, and even gaming. The flip to the tablet is great for presentations.

Very fast. Good screen. Plenty of memory. Track pad is positioned well so that it is not accidently tapped. Keyboard is full size. Touch screen works well. Relatively light weight

I recently needed a new computer and have had a dell for the last 11 years. We looked at many new ones on the market and decided to go with another Dell. It was a little more expensive but after comparing apples to apples it was the best fit for my needs. Very satisfied!

This computer is great! You can use it as a laptop or switch it around to use as a tablet! The screen is touchscreen no matter which form you have it in and it comes with a cool stylus!

with the new i7 intel it is very responsive and fast. I love the touch screen which gives me the key board plus the touch screen to accomplish what I am working on. There has been a lot of thought put into the development of the computer to satisfy the needs of we the people.

Purchased this laptop for a client. Top of the line, polished, very fast, no bloatware, ready to go almost out of the box. Good battery life, excellent performance, nice polished looks. It's not as pretty as some HP models, but shines in performance and business appearance.

I really like this computer, its fast snd easy to setup. But windows has made a lot of changes and now you need an app.for every little thing. I don't like that. I also don't like that it wasn't easy to download photos. And the movie maker app is not ad nice anymore.

I originally bought a 17” with hard disk memory. It was a lot bigger and heavier than I expected. Traded it in for a 15” with solid state memory. Highly recommend this computer. Very fast start up and the pad configuration is perfect for use in a plane or bed.

Looks and feels good. Cannot handle multiple applications. Lot of irritating sound from the ssd and fans. Easily gets heated up and makes lot of noise. Battery life and display quality are pretty good, surprisingly. If you are in a market for this one, don't make the mistake of buying it. Please purchase any higher spec laptop.

Great computer! Needed a new computer with windows 10. This computer exceeded my expectations. It has enough memory to store all my pictures and documents as well as room in the cloud. The battery is big enough that I am not constantly charging it.

I have been shopping for a new laptop for years as technology keeps changing and when I saw what Dell had to offer and price I could not pass it up. The laptop is user friendly and the performance is outstanding. I just love the picture quality.
