You can turn the light on and off but I can't see them well all the time. My touchscreen has stopped working for some reason after a month or so. Need to research that. My earphones don't work on zoom or some videos. Again, need to research. I'm not tech savvy so these may be easy fixes

Unfortunately my camera was not working so I tried to figure out what the problem was but I could not so I brought my Dell computer to the Geek Squad and they are replacing my computer with a new Dell computer. I am happy that I have my service with the Geek Squad. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Hated the key texture

I did return because of the horrible texture on the keys. It felt dirty or sandy. I couldn't stand it. It you're not a texture person, I highly recommend. If you need smooth keys like me, go with the HP envy.
