Bought it brand new from Best Buy with a 1 year warranty. It lasted 1 year and 3 months before the motherboard FRIED. No hard use, just online homework the vast majority of the time. I don't even watch Netflix on this thing. Brought it to Geek Squad, nothing they could do obviously except transfer the hard drive contents. All this laptop was used for was school. So literally Google and Microsoft Office. THATS IT. And occasionally looking up houses on Zillow. What a load of crap. $1k notebook toast in under a year and a half. I'm never buying Dell again because it's an unreliable piece of junk. Not everyone can buy a new laptop every single year either and this is right in the middle of a master's program.

The screen size was perfect. The speed was quick being as her old one was super slow. Being lightweight makes it easy for her to carry. The touch screen will be a new learning experience for her but i know she will take advantage of all the cool features of this laptop.

This computer was purchased for work with a community organization to keep files separate and to use a program that isn't on Mac. I have been impressed with the build quality, the screen, and the computer overall. Not sure we are going to convert to PC, but this is an excellent laptop for the money.
