The machine is beautiful and runs fast BUT the ad and write-up lead you to believe it's a Windows 11 machine. It's not, it's a Windows 10 all ready with software to upgrade to 11.

Item was easy to setup and fast bootup time. I installed a USB to network adapter as it did not have a Ethernet port but that is ok for me. I also installed a USB hub with no issues to have more USB ports available. A external monitor was attached to the HDMI port with no issues. Great laptop computer.

We do enjoy our Inspiron 7000. The one complaint we do have is the silver keyboard WITH silver letters and numeric keys. Silver on silver does not work well VISUALLY for us ! We adjust where we sit, especially during the day !

This computer was not available in the store but the salesperson/tech ordered it for us. We were very happy with the service in the store. BUT......the service afterwards was even better. The salesman answered every question we had about the computer! And all of his answers were given with a smile.

This item is great for a small business person like myself. Light weight and functional. It is my go to. I only had one issue with the battery and was able to replace it myself. I love it.

Laptop is great, solid build (aluminum), 2-in-1 makes watching movies on the go a pleasure. Upgradeable (memory/ssd). I think my only negative is that I'd like to see a usb charger instead of the regular one.

Good workhorse laptop. Solidly built (read: heavy) case; not as portable as some others. Touchscreen is very responsive. Built in number pad is a bonus for spreadsheet work. Webcam works well even in backlit situations

For the price of this open box laptop this device is good. Working like new no problem. I do need to get protection since not covered by manufacturer for first year.

My caps lock button light isn’t working so i do not know if its on or off can someone please call me to let me know what I should do its not even a year old 4138220787

I am very happy with this laptop. I could have bought a more expensive Dell but after speaking with your sale representative decided this would have adequate power & functionality for how I use a laptop. I am extremely happy with this Dell.

Its a good computer and I would recommend buying one but be careful of the pricing because it changes a lot. Also because it has a keypad it makes it harder to type without mistakes.

I bought it for my father, who is not a computer savvy, a month ago. Although I had to set it up and install the programs that he needed, so far it has not been difficult for him to use it. Hopefully there will be no issues for a long long time :)

Overall great experience. I had top purchase a new laptop. Located the one I wanted on line and came into the store to get it. The sale person showed me a similar one while he went and got the one I wanted. I was in and out in twenty minutes.

Easy to view screen, which is what I wanted. Keyboard is a bit difficult to see in other than good lighting.

Surprisingly super fast startup time for both system startup and website loading time. Barely any time is spent waiting for pages to load data. I highly recommend this product solely because of the speed of this computer.

Love this new Dell. Replaced and old HP. The Inspiron 7000 is fast to start up. Excellent graphics. Enjoy the ability for it to fold over to be like a tablet but at the same time have full laptop capability. Set up was a breeze.

Overall great laptop does what I want it to for the price but the only thing I’ll say is I wish it had more space but if u have cash to upgrade hard drive then it’s great for what’s also depending on what u going use it u may not have to upgrade

It is a pretty good laptop. Except it will disconnect from the WI-FI and a window pops up saying it doesn't have a driver for the WI-FI driver and it takes 30 minutes to get it to connect. I thought we would get a better piece of equipment frim Best Buy for the money. Now I have to make a trip back to the store and heaven only knows how long it will take them to make it work correctly.

This Dell is perfect as a replacement for my old desktop. The only "con" is the keys are sometimes difficult to see. My suggestion is to make the print on the keyboard in a darker color.

New Laptop for my Wife's retirement has filled almost all of the requirments that was needed. We had problems getting it set up but those were taken care of in store.
