Laptop is very light, touchscreen and powerful. Very happy with this laptop!

I am happy with the Dell laptop I just purchased. I am still getting used to some aspects. Sometimes, when I have saved a document it is not clear to me where to find that document. I have been getting reminders to pay for McAfee Security - that it is running out. My understanding is that there is a security program already included in the original set up. I am an "end user" - I attribute the awkwardness I have been experiencing with just wanting to complete the project I am in the middle of and expect the laptop to just to want I want done. Oh well

This is a replacement for my dinosaur Dell LT. I have to say I don't know why I waited so long. Love this new one,easy to maneuver and I am a new touchscreen user. Lots of instruction for setup, lighting is good and tablet feature is a great bonus.

Very good for the price and the big screen is nice. This is a bit more heavy then normal laptops. Not to much of an issue if your looking for a bigger unit. Not a fan of the backlit keyboard. I should be a little brighter or have black keys. It can be hard to see the keys in bright light.

I was trying to decide between a Dell or an HP computer. Even though I knew the size, speed and memory I wanted, there were still a few questions that I needed answered. The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had plus gave me some tips about each one. I made my decision and am very happy with the Dell that I purchased.

Our Dell PC is fast and easy to use. The PC features are beyond our expectations as we our continue to carefully gain insights into how to deploy each one. I will be willing to provide a more definitive review in two months. The Geeks were able to successfully clone our previous PC Contents to our greatest satisfaction.

Needed to purchase a new laptop for work purposes. Quite an update from our previous HP. Bigger, faster, stronger. We don't really use the touchscreen option, but I guess it is good to have? The monitor size is great, and fits in with our two other standalone screens. Enough memory and storage for a work at home situation.

I purchased this for my mother a few months ago to replace her 6-year old Dell when the cat knocked it off a table and destroyed the keyboard. She LOVES this computer, and it was open box so it came at a significant discount. I love it because it's familiar to her, has a backlit keyboard, and she loves the touchscreen. My ONLY gripe is that it arrived with pictures of unclothed humans engaged in wanton acts of carnality (can't use the short word for it here) in the images folder, and one image had been made the icon for the whole folder. My mom's 73 and has seen a lot, but she's my mom. She didn't need to open up her Apps and see that. Do better, Best Buy.
