Was in need of a laptop to work remotely and this fit the bill. Large screen, back lit screen and all the necessary features to allow me to get the job done. Love the larger screen. Would recommend to anyone in need of a decent laptop without the indecent price.

Was helping a friend find a laptop to replace her old one. I typically don't recommend Dell but this one fit the bill for all she needed. Decent speeds, good ram, decent processor, over wish the storage was bigger.

Great computer with a bigger screen. A reviewer on You Tube said that what he hated about laptops in general was the all silver keys as it makes it harder to see the numbers and letters on them. I agree with that, but luckily this isn't an issue for us.

This laptop met every one of my requirements and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm not a "gamer" so I wasn't looking for something with all of the bells and whistles. But for a high-functioning portable computer for daily use, this one is an excellent choice.

First of all, super price, quality and performance. Only RAM needs to be upgraded from 8G to 16G. This is the mandatory for I7 cpu. I am very happy with this purchase, highly recommended to others.

So far the computer works great. Nice features. I haven't tried tablet mode yet, but the the touchscreen is great. Pop ups for mcafee protection and the constant insistence of using Microsoft Edge are annoying. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love my new Dell. I’ve always had ho’s but this is so easy to use and maneuver around for me. I am not electronically adept and it was easy to change things to suit my visual needs. All in all a great computer for the price

computer is much bigger then i expected but it also does everything I need it to do. From PC to tablet works so well! Also using this as a personal and work computer has been very easy and keeps everything separated

Finally replaced my 2006 Dell computer with this one. I really like the touch screen. I don’t like the light colored keys, but other than that I love the computer!

Beautiful new laptop. I decide to upgrade my dell to that newest version due to my old one was moving slow. It was purchased back in 2011. Although it still works, having a bee laptop with a touchscreen is pretty awesome.

Everything works very well and the size of the screen is amazing for work. The USB port seems to have an issue though. How do I get that fixed?

The computer is easy to use. The touch screen feature is great. It has more memory than I will probably ever use and it has a very fast processing. There is virtually no wait time when opening programs.

Extremely happy with purchase. Laptop wanted was no longer available from dell. Had the same modal but with less memory. Was able to upgrade using the geek squad to the same specs I wanted at about the same price.

I really like this laptop , compared to my other one it’s very fast ,.I do wish the keyboard key were easier to see. I might have to get a bright keyboard cover.

pretty good works well love the screen size, battery is alright and the bezels are super slim. you can upgrade the RAM and SSD so an after a 200 dollar investment it has 16 gb ram and 1 tb nvme ssd

This is an excellent laptop. I didn't realize what i was missing until i purchased a 17" touch screen. It makes a difference when you are a senior citizen.

I love my new Dell laptop. SO smart and the touch screen is a great plus. Color and crispness of the screen is amazing. So glad I spent the extra money to get a large screen as well.

Screen is very bright and colors are vibrant. The keyboard however does need a keyboard cover otherwise the keys are very hard to see.

Dell laptop purchased for wifes work for use at home. Speed is good, battery like descent. Would be nice if the keys were backlite but I'm not the main user so scratch that from the records please.

This is a very good computer. It does what I want it to do. Love the touch screen and the fact that I can enlarge the screen if I need to. Something that my iMac couldn’t do. Very happy with my purchase.
