I’m hoping it lasts longer than the cheaper laptop. So far I love it! Easily flips to work like a tablet. Large screen is saving my eyes!

I use a lot of Dell products. It does everything it's supposed to and then more. I'm very satisfied with it.

Best Buy took care of this issue and issued me insignia charger. Kudos for best buy service. Overall, laptop. Is excellent one. I upgraded RAM to 40 gig and ssd to 1tb Samsung 980 pro ssd. It is now blazing fast. However, the vents are down and back. So, on surface where it has poor ventilation, it may get little hotter. Other downside for some, it does not support active pen. Overall, I am very happy to own this.
