The experience of touch and windows 10 is cool. And the laptop is light weight and easy to carry around as well.

Compact and great for a college student with a sleek finish. Good storage and memory and handy for games too with an external hard drive. Sound is okay. Touch screen is an added value.

I BOUGHT THIS COMPUTER BECAUSE MY 4 YEAR OLD TOSHIBA HIT THE FLOOR ONE TOO MANY TIMES. I DON'T LIKE WINDOWS 10 AND I'M HAVING A BIG PROBLEM WITH THE WIFI IN MY HOUSE AND GETTING KICKED OFF. MY OLD LAPTOP WITH WINDOWS 7 STILL WORKS AND THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE WIFI ON THAT ONE. I TRAVELLED RECENTLY WITH THIS LAPTOP AND THE SAME PROBLEM WAS HAPPENING WITH THE WIFI THERE. IT'S A WINDOWS 10 PROBLEM. ON THE POSITIVE, IT IS LIGHTER THAN MY OLD COMPUTER BUT I DON'T LIKE THE "ISLAND" KEYBOARD AND AM HAVING A PROBLEM GETTING USED TO IT.

After reviewing all the computers at best buy I saw that this two in one was the best for the price and purchased it. It works great and is fast. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This laptop is absolutely the best computer I have had. It's the first one that allowed me to play games with ps2 quality graphics. It may even help me play games with higher quality graphics. Other than that the fast processor allows me to use adobe programs like photoshop in a smoother fashion than in the past. I highly recommend this to university students needing a laptop or customers who want a fast laptop.

This computer was my 2nd choice due to some personal preferences. They keyboard and keys were TOO small and felt uncomfortable/un-ergonomic. Wasted space on keypad, a numeric keypad could have been added. Felt corners were cut to save money = cheap = disappointed = not consumer satisfaction driven. Second, when adjusted: the highest level of brightness for the screen was very dim. Third, I know this is not the trend but did not have DVD drive option. I still have programs/music that I want to upload. Lastly, when used as a tablet the keys did not lock or have a guard to protect them.

I have had this 2 in 1 laptop for about 1 month and it has worked very well for getting e-mails and remote tv when away from home. Windows 10 has been a good improvement. Lots of things to like about this computer.

I like this laptop, but it's a learning curve to acclimate to Windows 10. I like that it is mouse-driven or touch screen.

This is the first new computer I've had in a few years. It's amazing how light it is and how long the battery lasts.

With the features, OS and RAM installed, this is a great plug in and turn on computer. Very satisfied with purchase.

I purchased the computer, brought it home, and it crashed during the set up process. Upon restart it asked me for an administrative password, which I did not have since it had crashed before I could create one. Called Dell's customer service who, apparently, know nothing about the product they are selling, but are very keen on turning the machine off and then on again. The guy at Best Buy was considerably more knowledgeable about the Dell and was familiar with the issue. Best Buy replaced the Dell, but the same thing happened with the second machine, except I didn't bother calling customer service. I ultimately purchased an ASUS, which I am happy with.

I actually bought as an open box.( Blemish on side). I had a Dell Inspiron with Windows Vista on it that went bad on me so I purchased this one on the Best Buy computer dept guy's recommendation. I really like it thus far and sure I'm gonna love it once I get comfortable with Windows 10.

I have been using this laptop for about 3 weeks. My previous laptop was from 2009, so keep that in mind for comparisons. I was looking for a fast boot up, good wifi reception, and very portable. It does well in all 3 categories. I like the tablet mode, but I don't use it that way often. I prefer typing on the keyboard. I was concerned the keyboard would be small. It is comfortable abd responsive. I missed the separate number pad, but less than I ghought I would. There is no optical drive. I bought an LG drive so I could play our dvd's when we travel. I was waiting for it to autoplay, but windows 10 does not have a built in disc reader. I was shocked. You can buy the windows media player, but I found a free program that does the trick. I also downloaded open office, since there is no Office program (even preview). It is a nice laptop, snd I enjoy it very much. I might have been able to get the same guts for less if I didn't get a 2 in 1.

Got an open box for 550$. Laptop hardware is reliable and display is stunning.

Fan is working a bit loud, the laptop itself is easy to use and light.

So far I love the laptop. Feels well made and the price was competitive. the mouse pad could be better but none of the laptops/ hybrids i looked at had an exception mouse pad anyway so I bought a separate mouse to for $9.99 and I love it.

Gave it 4 stars because windows comps always seem to hold a computer back. With that being said, you can't beat a 2 in 1 when it comes to computers. This one is snappy and doesn't lag like a lot of computers do when you are doing several different things at once. You won't be disappointed with this computers performance!

Nice looking computer but ended up having to return it for a different laptop. It had issues connecting to the Internet via wifi. When I mentioned this to a Bestbuy employee he stated that a handful of people who purchased the same laptop had the same complaints/issues. They all ended up returning it for a different laptop just as I did. I was really disappointed.
