I usually prefer hp instead of dell but this time I wanted to give it a shot which was a good idea. Fast, versatile, practical 2 in 1 laptop. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to call for the non rotating screen and too sensitive screen. But overall it's good! I'd recommend it!

Love this Dell 2 and 1 laptop with touchscreen. also has windows 10 already installed and the lighted keyboard is great. Highly recommend

Oh man I can't begin to explain the horrid laptop this Dell is. I read some reviews saying the WiFi wasn't great, needed modification, etc. I should have taken heed to the warning. This laptop couldn't connect to my N or G router less than 1 foot away. I tried on Verizon FiOS and timewarner 300 Mbps wireless connection to no avail. If you ever plan on using a laptop on a wireless connection, do NOT get this.

What I mean is this laptop is built for people who do not need to many different programs and/or apps. This laptop is great for the college student .

Looked at many but for screen size, cooling fan design, possessor and memory this seemed the right choice. Of course added accidental damage coverage. It isncoinvmto school everyday.

Giving excellent performance, but had difficulty in updating the windows 10 - but made it !

Easy to use with good memory I bought it to use to go back to college and my daughter uses it for school and games.

This is one of the best I've bought, memory is fast and 500gb of hard drive, I highly recommend it for school

I got this deal as an open-box which saved me money. It looked brand new, so I didn't feel too uneasy about the purchase. The solid performance so far, has eased my worry even more.

Bought this strictly for productivity and it does it well in a bigger former factor that was meant to be more of a desktop station. I did uninstall some of additional items that came pre-installed. The guys at the store were fantastic with the service to pinpoint the exact machine I wanted.

No problem with laptop except that it comes with Windows 10.. This program is very difficult to use and confusing compared to win 7. If computer had win 7 it would rate 5 stars.

Had a few start up issues that required lengthy phone calls to the Geek Squad and going to the store one time! Otherwise, I am now satisfied with the computer and the servise.

Very easy to use. Battery life is good. One thing I don't like is where the speaker is positioned

The product is great. But the Geek Squad was slow and didn't communicate issues well at all. I had to wait much longer for my Computer to be set up than originally promised.

Everything works fine , just wish there were indicators for hard drive and power on.

I got a great deal on an open box. I was able to get the extended coverage with the money I saved. My fellow students in college keep telling me how lucky I am. The tablet feature makes switching to reading online super easy. Really happy with my buy.
