Windows 10 didn't work the way it was supposed to and ear phone jack didn't work, didn't pick up any wifi and when it did it would only stay on for 10 minutes.

I have brought computer in 3 times for help. Constantly loses internet connection. Very slow. Would like to return and get different one. Don't know if I can. Seems to take forever to get to the next task

I expected a much faster, more reliable computer from Dell, but am disappointed. The mouse pad is overly sensitive at times and won't work most of the time. Disappointed that it doesn't have a cd port.

Purchased laptop for my mom, it was easy for her use. Mom loved the touch screen. Nice upgrade for mom.

I bought this computer almost six weeks ago and it's in the shop for the seventh time. The first pc had a bad drive. The second one had a corrupted os. The third one the geek squad forgot to transfer all my files and the ones they did transfer were placed in the program files incorrectly so the programs did not work. The pc is with the geek squad for eleven days now. I call most days and get disconnected or if I get thru they say it's almost done. After this experience I would never do this again and worn all to stay away.

I bought this computer in October 2015. From the beginning, it dropped the wifi repeatedly and had consistent display driver errors. I exchanged this computer for a brand new one (same modeI) and it also had the exact same problems. I spent hours on the phone with Dell trying to fix these issues. There is no hard-line internet cable port on the computer, so when the wifi drops there is no way to access internet. I had difficulty updating the drivers because dell delivers all drivers through their website. They would not provide them to be any other way. After finally getting all the drivers updated, the computer still had the same problems as before and the next step was to reset the computer to factory settings. I did this and then had NO audio. It has been 8 months of continual headaches. If you want a product that actually works, steer clear of Dell. I will never waste another dime buying Dell products.

Returned as a friend of mine was selling his for about the same price with Microsoft office suite on it

Internet driver crashed within 2 wks of ownership and ar week 5 had to seed back to dell tl get loose fan fixed

My GF is using it for school and it works awesome she has no issues with it

I purchased a Dell laptop for my wife for graduate school. The computer doesn't stay on a network, its files are frequently corrupt and I need to reinstall Microsoft Word. I have a virus scanner installed so its not viruses. It has been this way since the day after the warranty ended. Definitely not worth it.

Geek Squad has been here 4 or 5 times since/and including initial setup. The computer keeps telling me (even in the middle of a e-mail response) that I am "Not Connected". Please see comments from Clarence of the Geek Squad.

Windows 10 has a serious problem with connecting to internet only stays on for 10 min then loses connection, I've tryed everything now all wi-fi settings are gone and now says network adapter problems won't start.
