The computer would randomly turn off while I was in the middle of something and would not stay connected to the internet. I had it maybe three weeks and decided to return. Was very unhappy with it.

We have had this computer for several years now and it had been great. It a good all around computer.

Good laptop. Did the needful. Gave it as a gift and they really liked it.

Bought this laptop a week ago and it works great, although the first night it froze up while I was on the internet. Hasn't done it since. Came with Windows 10 and I love it (was a Win 7 fan), easy to use and similar to Win 7, but much, much better. Also, I have a HP multi-function printer, about 5 years old, and when I hooked it up to this PC, it was already to function - didn't have to download drivers or nothing, it was like magic. A great buy. The tablet is easy to use as well- if you are thinking about a purchase, get this one. Rated number 2 by Laptop Magazine.

The 2-1 is popular but for the money this is not a good value

This is my second Inspiron. Against my better judgement I bought price rather than quality. This has been a slow and cranky machine and then the hard drive dies after 22 months! No more.

Second day wifi stops working has been a month has happened multiple times have called dell many times still not fixed.

I love almost everything about this convertable. It is light and fast, and the screen is surprisingly nice. It has one manufacturing flaw, however, that points out issues with Dell. One of the rubber strips on the bottom was attached with defective glue. That should be no problem, except that Dell refuses to remedy the issue. Without even looking at it, they claim that they have an out, since cosmetic damage due to abuse is not covered. It was not abused. Their glue is defective. The real issue is Dell's tech support is just not useful anymore. I'm now experimenting with different glues (silicon? super glue) to see what will work. I suspect that the spot that is coming gets somewhat warm, which is what causes their design to fail.

The wifi gets disconnected from time to time. I have to restart the laptop to connect it again. Very annoying. Does anyone else have this same experience? I am considering returning it to Best Buy.

Has been my go to device for all my academic work, excellent performance and doesn't hurt that it's stylish as well.

The laptop and Wi-Fi work perfectly. We wish the battery lasted longer than 5 hours and were removable.

OK. When i purchased this product I noticed it froze several times. Even did a factory reset. So.... I took it back to best buy and Got another one witch was the worse mistake of my life. I couldn't believe I got another defective laptop. What are my chances of that happening... again. I will never Deal with Dell again. Best Buy staff were right about one thing "stick with apple".

I bought this computer a little over seven months ago. Since then the hard drive has been replaced once, the motherboard has been replaced twice, the display driver has completely quit, and the wireless device drive has completely quit. It has spent at least a month of its seven month existence completely inoperable. And Dell has horrible customer service with regards to the repeated failings of this computer. I won't be buying a Dell ever again because of the hassle I have gone through with this one.
