I bought this 2 in 1 Dell laptop for my 11yr old son. It's a great beginner's laptop and offers everything that he needs for his school assignments, as well as for gaming - especially Minecraft! Most of the other comparable 2 in 1's were $200 - $300 more, so this was a great value.

hi. the known windows 10 bug with wifi really manifests in this dell laptop. what a nightmare. I returned the laptop and got one with windows 8.1. much better.

My son has been beating this up for almost two years. Had to replace the screen when he cracked it. Found a screen on Ebay and made him pay for it. I then showed him how to replace the screen and he was back in business.

Was a good computer for about a month then the wifi just stopped working

I purchased from my son because he's a gamer. The laptop is not that this was not the best for gaming however it does have some very good editing software. very good laptop overall.

I didn't buy this dell. I bought the hp. Wish I wouldn't have. This hp is so slow. The next week I bought a Dell from Dell and it out performs the hp hands down. I told the best buy sales person I wanted a fast computer and was willing to pay more. She assured me that this was the computer for me. BUT this hp is slower than my OLD dell which was 7 years old. Never again.

the extra added touch screen capabilities slow down the whole computer and makes them an unnecessary feature, I had issues running most of my design software on the computer and ended up return it for a better one that I got from another store. The customer service at best6 buy was good though.

We ended up returning the computer after a week of problems accessing Internet and mouse issues. We did receive excellent help From the geek squad but the computer continued to have issues The geek squad recommended that we return it. Seems there are issues with antivirus software and windows version 10.1. We have always loved Dell products but this one was a bust.

Known wifi adapter issues & not rslvd despite 2 yrs of complaints.

My first dell would not connect to the wireless network at home or at Best Buy when I returned it. I was given a new one. I experienced the same problem the second time. The third time I selected a different dell. Third time was the charm!

It is great laptop for the price. Keyboard is compact.

Works good use it everyday. I would buy another one

bought the laptop, didn't work. Exchanged for another one identical, didn't work. So disappointed in Dell. Had used one since 2007 and loved it. Finally changed to ASUS.

Disclaimer: Bought as a openbox This laptop had issues connecting to the internet from day one when I brought it home. I tried EVERYTHING to fix the problem. It may have been caused by updating to Windows 10 from 8.1 but I ended up having to buy a new laptop in 3 months because a laptop that can't connect to wifi these days is basically a expensive paperweight.
