Just what I needed and TotalTech was the way to set it up!

Bought for my office manager at my new business. She absolutely loves it and had said it can do functions and run programs were not quit ready for but good to know we got the right computer !!!

Small desktop, it was used for a small business so mostly email and MS office is being done on it. So its more than adequate. The only bad thing I would have to say is that we dont really need these big desktop cases any more.

This is a great little machine for home office, web browsing, media playback, and schoolwork. Startup is extremely fast. Benchmark testing scores high marks for the processor, SSD, and memory. The only benchmark weakness is the onboard graphics processor. While it handles 4K playback with excellent performance, the graphics do not support major gaming – especially 3D. As long as a person does not intend to do major gaming, they should not have any trouble. There are some features I really like, and a few that could use some improvement. I might be old school by saying this, but I am happy to see an optical drive. While I rarely use an optical drive anymore, I have had a few rare instances where that optical drive really helped me. There is also an SD card reader, 2 USB 2.0 ports, a 3.0 A port, and a C port on the front of the machine. The form factor is small, and the machine is really quiet. I believe it is the quietest desktop I have ever seen. The back of the machine has another 4 USB ports plus an ethernet port, a Display Port, and an HDMI port. WiFi and Bluetooth are built-in for seamless use of either service. The WiFi connected to my network without any problem and it supposedly connected at 1201 mbs. Basic tasks, including Office applications, move really fast. Now for the things I do not like. There is no DVI or VGA port. While adapters can easily convert Display Port into pretty much anything else, I feel like DVI or VGA would be reasonable to have. Many people do not have monitors with either Display Port or HDMI, so that is potentially an added expense. Last, I wish this machine came with some type of drive encryption. Supposedly Windows 11 Home has the ability to perform a device encryption. However, it is up to the builder whether or not they want to include the feature. To the best of my knowledge, Dell elected to not allow the feature. As someone who constantly works with confidential data both at work and at home, I must have drive encryption. With everything said, I would definitely recommend this machine for just about anyone who is not gaming or in the need of a workstation. Those activities need more power. For the majority of people, this computer will do everything they need and more.

Starting over. I haven't used a computer in over 7 years. I recent night this one that was suggested by the salesman at Best Buy. It's too early to say since u haver had a lot of time to use it because I recently moved to a new state. But I love the monitor I bought and the graphics in the pc look nice.

I purchased this computer to work with my Icom radio. To date the computer will not work with the audio drivers from Icom. Dell said the Icom driver is defected. However buying a HP laptop there is no problem and also an Asus with no problems. It will be the last Dell I will purchase.

I had an old Dell go out on me. I had it for 13 years. This new tower seems head & shoulders faster & better than the old tower. Have only had it briefly but so far so good. The only thing is that I needed an adapter to connect my older monitor to the newer tower. A minor inconvenience.

Good hardware and had good experience with software and data transfer.

Seems very fast and so far one month reliable. I would love an extra usb or two in the rear. There are several on the front but it makes the desk look to busy with cords hanging out of it. Every very happy

Compact tower that included a cd/dvd drive. I did upgrade the memory/storage capacity rather than just attaching an external hard drive. Geek Squad made transferring my old files a snap. This product fit my needs perfectly, and the customer service was outstanding.

Not a bad little computer. I like the dark blue color. It boots up quickly and seems to be all in all a good compact computer tower.

I like the price and size of the device, and the device is easy-to-use.
