Dell service tried 3 times and finally Dell sent a replacement. The replacement was a used piece of junk with a non working card reader and dead usb ports. I still use it, but only to print shipping labels and a back-up. Very disappointed.

Needs a little tweaking to run as I like it. Laughable instructions that are completely dumbed down. But if you know what you are doing, this machine can be transformed into a pretty good workhorse.

Excellent value, very fast, easy to set up. Like the fact that it still has an optical drive unlike most other makes. Could not be more pleased with the computer, shipping, and the overall experience.

I also have Windows 11 and, although it is new to me, I am learning to use it and the Geek Squad are able to answer my questions, usually over the phone.

Having owned the computer for 7 days, I contacted Dell support and was told that my Computer warranty didn't cover the manufacturing problem. I returned for a refund and purchased a different brand from a different store.
