First, power supply isn't sufficient for Corei7-12700 full performance. Dell pretty much crippled CPU's performance this way. Also, they crippled CPU's performance through BIOS. Second, RAM can't be run in dual-channel mode even thou there are two RAM slots. This also cripples performance by introducing slow communication between RAM and CPU. This CPU need RAM running in dual-channel.
