I purchased this tower for a friend because his laptop kicked the bucket. He tells me that this computer is better and faster than his laptop and computer combined. I bought my computer there about three years ago and I am going to buy my next one there for sure. You guys have great customer service and are always very nice when I come in. Thank you.

I purchased two of these entry level pc's for work and have been pleasantly surprised with the performance. They work well and are adequate for most office type functions like email, word, excel, etc. I would not recommend using it to process video for sure, but, it is very functional for most normal everyday tasks. And it is a DELL so it is built well. Good pc for the price.

it works great a lot faster than my old one. the only thing that might make it better is a touch screen

No prolbem how to use it, alot faster and whole lot of hard drive storage I know everybody hate Window 8 so get over it.

Nice size machine. Works as well as any computer should. Great for the basics of surfing and emailing. Windows 8 is a pain if you haven't used it before. Did some relatively easy tweaking to make the desktop operate like older Windows versions. Great price for nice computer.

This is a great little form factor pc, I used it for music recording. There is no traditional power supply as the pc uses an adapter plugged directly into the motherboard. Seems like a great solution.

This was just what I was looking for. It is very compact and does all I need from a computer. It is fast for the size.

When I finally decided to upgrade from xp, I was looking for a reasonable priced machine that I could just swap out. This computer is plenty fast and has built in wireless. To help on the learning curve I installed Windows Classic Shell.

My previous Dell (12 yrs) finally became antiquated for my purposes. This new PC "smell" is great. Windows 8 a bit of a challenge at first but right out of the box this is a great choice for anyone wanting an upgrade. Super-fast transitions from one program to the next. Glad I finally upgraded.

It is a great product and was a great value too. Although when I first purchaced it, its driver crashed within the first week. Best Buy did take it back and had a new one mailed to my house. It works great

I would buy this computer again. Easy to use. It is small and compact with power.

So far, I've been very satisfied. I use this computer primarily for household records, finances, etc., not for gaming or much online activity. It has ample storage, USB ports, etc.

This is a case of having an excellent piece of equipment marred by the application provided with it. It also lacks manuals or guidance material provided with it, to aid the purchaser with its usage. Dell should have done more to guarantee their product would be supported by confirming information was provided to assure its proper usage, and those companies providing support applications for the device should have presented enough detailed initial information to familarize the purchaser with its basic operation. The current practice of not providing the purchaser with any manuals or guidance material to protect the manufacturer's reputation by assuring proper usage of the product, must stop. Commercial texts are almost contradictory in their instructions and illustrations, a strong indication they were still learning while publishing the texts. Both Dell and Microsoft must do some fixing, this will require they bite the bullet, and provide some reasonable and simplistic fixes to the situation, to protect their names and reputations with the purchasers.

I'm pleased with the products that I got. The time it took for me to get them was very good and I love them.

I spent a totla of $325 and that with a 5 year warranty. System has plenty of port for what one would need for connections and the speed is par. Could uses a bit more memory but I don't have any complaints, love what I got for what I need.

My first Dell, wont be the last!! Great computer for basic use at home, and a great price!!
