Excellent for the price

Do not expect this to be a full multimedia PC. 3d gaming is a no go even if you upgrade the video card the CPU is still limited.

To begin we didnt get the extended warranty, figured that we really didnt need it. After a month the computer froze. Couldnt do anything but cut off and on. Best Buy would not take it back or anything else. We had to call Dell custumer service, which totally SUCKED!! 7 hrs later after dealing with someone that speaks undescribeable english the unit is working. I would not recommend a computer or a Dell product from Best Buy based on this experience. Pain in the *ss
