When I went to the Geek squad for help on a program issue, the wait was quite a while, with only to tech's and 3 person ahead of me. They were very helpful and gave me the information I needed and I was on my way in a few minutes. Check out was very capable and appreciative of my business. "thumbs up on all counts!"

Sleek, compact, FAST and very inexpensive.

My old DSL desktop couldn't hold a candle to this newer technology upgrade. It's hard to believe I'm able to do all this work and still be on a phone line. To top it off, Best Buy's Geek Squad agent, Shannon, was extremely efficient and made me feel very comfortable with my new PC.
