Overall a good low end desktop computer. Keyboard and mouse that came with the unit are very low end. No major flaws other than that. Nice purchase for the price.

I'll start off with what the best buy website informs: has 2 3.0 USB ports & 6 2.0 USB ports. It truly has 4 USB ports of 2.0 entry & only 1 3.0 port on the rear. If it wasn't for everything else I would've returned it. I'm relieved it has wireless connection. Such a nice feeling putting away my old used Ethernet cable. Bluetooth connection comes in handy too. Set up was incredibly easy & fast. I love the PC is so lightweight & quiet compared to my previous model (Compaq Presario SR1000; windows XP). It doesn't overheat like my old one. I placed it next to the monitor, with so much space. I desperately needed to upgrade my PC. Windows 8 isn't as great as I thought it would be but it's a satisfying experience. 500Gb is sufficient for me, I have a portable 1TB drive, where I keep my movies/ tv shows. The HD graphics are superb. The only disappointment are the USB port numbers. I didn't like the misinform. I'll be calling them about this.

This is a very good basic desktop computer for casual use. It has enough power and features for surfing the net, media playback and some documents. Installation was very easy and fast.

Good computer for casual user (email, surfing the web). Not crazy about Windows 8 but gets the minimum job done.

Performs as expected, fits in small spaces, connects automatically with Wi-Fi. Very satisfied with both product and Best Buy service.

except for Windows 8.1, which has a few things i'm not used to, this PC is working fine for me.

Probably would have been excellent had it came with a windows 8 manual so one would know how to work the programs, charms, etc.

great desktop computer bought to replace old windows xp dell bought in 2005. So far this one is great other than old dell all in one printer will not work through system!!! Says device too old???

I am very, very dissatisfied with my new computer, Windos 8.1. I thought it might be me., but I have other use it and they say the same thing. When searching the internet for information, I never get to where I have searched. There are always pop-ups in the middle of my transactions. The CPU unit has a clunking noise when I turn it on.

The Dell desktop did not meet my expectations. I am not a fan of the new cloud based technology. Unit may be a good fit for a young child, however, elementary school.

I chose this computer because I was looking for a budget computer. This one has been working well thus far. The additional bonus is that it has wireless connectivity!

We had nothing but problems with this CPU...We finally ended up returning it and purchased an entirely different one.

Isn't the best computer at handling big file times, like running computer games. Slows down pretty easily. But if you need it to do simple tasks then it's more than capable. Good at multitasking like listening to music and searching web. Just don't expect it to be the greatest computer but it's good for the price.

Bought it for my girlfriend for basic internet and office type works great

I like Dell and this smaller desktop is great, fast and just what I needed, Dell makes high quality products. so far very happy with this purchase.

its ok for the price, you get what you pay for and all around I think that it was a fair to good purchase.

IF I COULD AFFORD SOMETHING BETTER I WOULD HAVE. NOT THE BEST MAKES NOISE AND WINDOWS ARE CONFUSING.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPUTER SO QUICK IT POWERS ON AND OFF ALMOST INSTANTLY.
