I am not very computer savvy and the XP was so easy for me to use, this new one is not the least little bit user friendly or not for me any way. I am getting a little more accustomed to using it. Being on a limited budget didn't help but we thought we made a wise choice. It constantly freezes and we still can't figure out how to locate favorite items with this version of windows
