This computer is very good. It is easy to setup and easy to use. If you're not familiar with Windows 8, look up manuals online.

Purchased this "Certified Open-Box". After getting it home and hooking up, the PC would not turn on. Turned out the Electrical cable was faulty. Returned the PC and received a replacement cable that initially did not allow full function of the PC without additional inputting. GEEK Squad was excellent, as always, in rectifying the situation.

It does the job. My kids seem to know there way around it.

The Inspiron with MS 8.1 is very fast. Once you get used to the use of the charms, it is very functional, allowing you to switch instantly between desktop, mail and various apps without closing out of one and opening up another application. Though I was a little confused at first, a quick tutorial from my IT manager allowed a quick learning curve. I think Microsoft should include a short introductory menu-driven tutorial for those setting up the system themselves and without any IT assistance.

We don't use the computer for much more than kids games and email, and it works great for those purposes.

I took my CPU out of the box, hooked it up and start using it right away. No problems. Set up was great.

For what it costs this desktop tower is a real value for the money. It's perfect for satisfying your average day to day computer needs. And what I love is it has bluetooth too. After doing research others of the same cost did not offer that. For basic computing needs this is the tower for you.

I use it for my business books and email only but it more than exceeds my expectations for the price.

I got this desktop for my dad as an upgrade from his old dell. It was lightning fast compared to his old one. I was impressed by windows 8 but I had to remove a lot of stuff to not confuse dad. Three weeks later and he is still loving it. He's not staring at the wall anymore waiting for the computer to load.
