Purchased this computer for my parents to replace an old computer running Windows XP. Was worried the OS would be difficult for them to get used to but the new format was pretty user friendly for my parents to use.

I purchased this computer based on a recommendation from a Best Buy sales clerk when I walked in and needed a complete system. He was very helpful and the system has been working quite well for a couple months now. No issues!

My previous computer is 10 yrs old. In getting this new computer is much faster and more memory and storage.

My 9 year old Mac finally kicked the bucket and after quite some research I decided on this computer. It's taking some time getting used to Windows 10 but this computer does exactly what I need it to do.

For a so called basic computer this thing is fast and very smooth. Setup was a breeze, and automatically switches between available connections on your home network, wifi and wireless. However, I was unable to find a device to device transferring program or option on the system for moving data from the old PC to the new. The free 6-month security software is also a plus. Has tons of space for storing everything you need if you don't wanna use the cloud, and many many preloaded apps to choose from.

This is a lower end computer but that's all I needed. The only complaint I have is that the CD/DVD drive door seems flimsy and is mounted vertically. It may get snapped off easily and requires a little craeful touch.

This unit is nothing fancy, but it has the speed and memory to perform everyday tasks-including watching movies.

This computer has all the features that I need for everyday computing. I turn it off every night and it has only crashed one time so I rebooted it and it came right up. It has been 99% reliable.

I deviated for the first time a few months back and had some whiz kid build a computer for me locally. I spent more on gas and time trying to get it made right than I did on it. I went back to mass produced and bought this one as it was the lowest price with the most features. I am not a gamer, techy, DJ or anything that needs a $1,000+ computer. I do Ebay, Emails, Face Book and browse shopping sites. It was easy for an old man to adapt to the NEW Windows 10 and I really like the speed and ease of use.

Pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything runs. Surging the internet is speedy, graphics are great, gaming runs smoothly and thus far have not had any issues with this PC. Would recommend and purchase again.

This desktop is fast. Worth the price and specs. Recommend Dell to anyone.

This is a great computer! It has an Intel Core i3 processor with 8GB Memory and a 1TB Hard Drive. It is fast.

So far has been a great desktop. I love the size compared to the huge tower desktop I previously had. It came with Windows 10 which takes awhile to get use too, but overall has been good.

Opened a new business and needed all new equipment. Best Buy hooked me up with a great computer, easy to install, easy to use. No hassle or fuss. I️ liked it enough I️ bought another one!

Great computer for simple home office and school work. Super easy to setup. My son just started college, so far this computer is fulfilling all of his needs. I have had no problems at all.

Purchased this on the recommendation/advice of Best Buy sales person for my particular use. Does just what I needed it to do and with any luck will work flawlessly for me for many years.

I needed help in setting up things like the search engine and antivirus I wanted but everything else about this computer is outstanding.

We bought this Dell (our 4th Dell desktop) and are very satisfied. It meets our needs to surf the net and read e-mails. We are not gamers so we didn't need all the bells and whistles.

Needed computer quickly since former one was invaded by ransomware, malware, etc. This tower has been a good replacement. Still needed Geek Squad to transfer my old files which was an additional cost.

Great printer -very fast but the only disappointment is that the duplex feature is not automatic. It says to load different drivers but I can't seem to get the drivers to load through my firewall.
