Replaced a Dell Optiplex

Was going to replace the OptiPlex with a newer version, but found this Inspiron with the same power and more storage for $400 less. Took about three hours to install and transfer files. Been running for about two months and is working great..

Hard to get started

It didn't let me go thru the whole setup before it locked out. There were no instructions on how to unlock it and the Dell people kept telling me I would lose all my information. Well I hadn't even got into the computer to put any in! At the end of the call they asked where I bought the computer and stated they had many calls on the computers set up with Windows 10 from Best Buy customers. Really? Or is it just Windows 10?

Simple and Fast Install

We purchased this unit as an open box item and although hesitant at first, the "Geek Squad Certified" sticker and full warranty made us feel at ease and confident. We were up and running within minutes!

Great PC at a Great Price

I am liking how fast it is with the Windows 10. Quick response and perfect for my budget. I have found no issues with this model. Most people complained about the windows 10 but solid PC. I have had 0 issues
