Dell hardware works fine, but Windows 10 is a pain

However, Windows 10, especially without software to transfer files from Windows 7 or 8, is a real pain, also requiring a purchased subscription for Microsoft Office and acquisition/purchase of new software for Quicken, Family Tree Maker, TIVO desktop, and other programs with little material improvement over Windows 7.
