I was a bit leery of this purchase going in just because it sounded to good for the price. After having it certified by Geek Squad I made the buy and couldn't be happier. Preforms like a champ and surprisingly, I'm loving Windows 10 also.

I love the new computer though I am still trying to learn how to navigate Cortana and Windows 10. The only issue I have (other than not having Microsoft Office) is that my printer that once had back-to-back printing capabilities no longer can be set up that way with Windows 10.

bought this for my wife and it suits her,, no complaints so far.

The computer itself works wonderfully, why a low rating, you ask? After much research with all the spec's I decided to go w/a Dell I needed a replacement computer as mine was dying with possible loss of all my files. After setting the computer up how I wanted it, I go to use the DVD, it wasn't working. Couldn't get the disc back out, why??? It was installed upside down, WHAT! So after opening it up, realizing if you turn it the right way, the holes do not line up in the bracket to hold it in place. I couldn't return after finally getting the computer to keep my original files safe. I actually had to drill and open holes up bigger to accommodate the DVD. After putting it back in place and hooking it up, I was able to remove the disk. However it doesn't work! I had to open it back up, replace new purchased DVD with the one from my original computer. After installing that one, I have a DVD player/recorder that works. Needless to say I didn't want to return the computer after getting all my back ups, etc onto when my original computer was unstable. So for what I received I should have paid less. And obviously it was not plug it in and it works.

Just needed a second computer to surf the web and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I got so much more than what I bargained for. The computer is quick with a lot of snap. Boots within 10 seconds. Biggest surprise was how it handled online games!

The system seems good, moves fast, and works for what I need it to do. I purchased the MS Office Suite of Tools as well, and that is great having on a home computer. I could start a business if I wanted to with it.

There were no significant issues setting up the computer or downloading programs and apps. My only complaint is with the Windows 10 software - I would much prefer XP or Windows 7, but that is hardly Dell's issue.

This computer was a great buy. Windows 10 is quite the change but I'm getting used to it. I would recommend it. It doesn't come with much pre installed but I like to add my own choices so it works for me.

Purchased one for a small office because of hard drive size and RAM. This computer really fills the bill and the price wasn't shabby either for the specs. The CPU would be a decent gaming computer as well is you need something affordable.
