I spec out the computer I wanted and started shopping. Best buy had the best price with the best specs. Exact same computer was more on Dell website. Thanks best buy

It is fast, very fast and teams up very well with my new Dell 22" monitor. Our salesman took all the time we wanted in explaining all of its features. Very satisfied with our purchase

The P/C purchased is a "lemon" in my opinion.

Dell's service group is a pain to work with................I spent hour upon hour with them on the telephone and an equal or longer time communicating via e-mail.. The unit is noisy compared to other P/C's in my possession and will be replaced. This was a horrific experience..........."Lemon" or not. I tried to upgrade but Dell would not comply with my request even though I offered to pay for the upgrade. My last Dell P/C!!

Excellent performance for the money

I do IT work from home & so far everything works well with plenty of speed. Wouldn't change my choice of this desktop

Dell has this computer so easy to use. It has way more capabilities than I will ever need, but hey , it's a dell.
