Bought this a few weeks ago as my old PC had gone bad. Couldn't be happier, this PC has been extremely reliable so far.

I'M NOT VERY TECHNOLOGY-SAVVY BUT THIS COMPUTER WAS EASY TO INSTALL AND HAS BEEN EASY TO USE & VERY USER FRIENDLY

Replaced another Dell we had for five years. This is our 3rd Dell and it is fast and with Windows 10 works great.

This is the first desktop I have purchased in a long time and I think it is very user friendly. Set up was easy.

This computer is a great purchase for those in college or need a simple work computer.

Not a lot of frills , with just enough ram and cpu power. Updated feature and windows 10 a plus so far. Getting used to new features on window 10. I would prefer for it to have 16GB of ram rather than 12gb of ram. Windows 10 slows the system down, but have figured out how to change settings to speed up the over system speed. YouTube "how to" vids helped a lot. Overall great system for the price.

not bad choice for office use, windows still works funny compared to os x.

I pick up this computer when it was on sale. My old AMD rig was showing her age, I have to say first that this is only my 2nd store bough computer in the many years I have had a home computer. Even since my first computer, I have build my own rigs and was about to order parts to do so again when my wife said to check Best Buy to see what they had, told myself they not going to have anything worth a flip but after checking I see I was wrong. With this rig you get a Intel quad-core Haswell I5 cpu along with 12 gigs of DDR3 1600 memory and 2 TB HD, I was shock at the on sale price. The only weak link in the system was the onbord video and a low watt PS but all that can be fixed. I got the computer home and the first thing I did was pull my GTX 750 Ti card out of my old system and installed it along with the latest drivers. Since the GTX 750 Ti takes no power from the PS I didn't think they would be any problems which there was not. I loaded up the game I'm playing now (ESO) and on the highest settings the game ran without any problems. Since then I have installed my Intel SSD, I did a low lvl format on it and installed Window 7 (Not a big fan of Window 10) and set it as my boot drive and the Dell 2 TB as my storage drive, a great computer got even better now. I will point out one thing after I got the computer was that Dell didn't set the proper cpu cores under Window 10 it was set to 1 so I change this to 4 as it should be, makes me wonder how many of these are out there ruining only 1 core instead of 4. Very happy with this rig.

Had to upgrade my old computer. Fast CPU and affordable. Came with basic keyboard and mouse.

Out of the box upgraded to Windows 10 Pro without any issues. Runs fast without problems.

I've only had the computer a couple of weeks and I already have an operational issue. when it goes to sleep, you can't wake it up other than by unplugging it, counting to five, and plugging it back in again. Striking the keys, pressing the mouse or the power button don't work. Really???? its 2015, dell hasn't mastered this yet? now I have to schlep the thing back to Best Buy......
