Bricked after one month

The tech didn't resolve the issue so I took it back to Best Buy . Maybe mine was a fluke but it's been a huge pita.

Not ready for the customer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this at my door and assembled it in my office and turned it on and worked just fine. When I went to activate windows it said that the lock key had been used on another PC. I went to Best Buy for help and they told me that I would have to bring the computer in because the error code did not give enough information. I was told the next available appointment would be 2 days later. New item, and I have to wait for an appointment from the Geek Squad. My opinion lack of attention to detail by someone for sending me a computer in this condition. Lack of service by the way Geek Squad provides service for new items . I returned the computer and ordered direct from the manufacturer.

Ok for basics

Problem loading new drivers for printer, scanner and fax. Not loading Chrome well, techno spouse not impressed. If just doing emails, google searches and basic documents ok, also photo storage and transfer good.

Good machine for everyday

I run dual monitors and upgraded my secondary monitor to HD, which the machine would not support in base model. I added a PNY graphics card, which allowed me to use a 27" and 22" monitor on my desk. Still getting used to Windows 10.

Good Speed

After powering it off and on, I was then able to finish the set up and go online without any additional glitches. I hope this issue was a one time thing. Fingers crossed.
