Great buy, lots of memory & lots of USB slots!!!!!

I was in need of a serious upgrade from my Sony Vaio that I purchased about 10 years ago as a all in one package deal that came with Windows XP. After much research I was pretty much decided on buying a Dell pc. I bought this model Dell when it was on sale & was able to apply my rewards certificate from a previous HDTV purchase to bring the price down even further. I purposely waited to buy as I wanted pre-installed Windows 10 on the product. I was a little nervous as this model had no reviews at the time I purchased it as it was a new model. Some early reviews that came in stated Windows wasn't loading properly so I was preparing for the worst. I'm happy to report that set up was a breeze, no issues at all. Very happy with this pc so far, it's very fast & quiet & probably more power than I really need but it's nice to know I have it & for the price I paid, it's a great value! Still getting used to Windows 10 & it has a lot to offer so I'm loving it! First time buyers to this model should know that you will need to uninstall MacAfee that is apparently pre-installed as Best Buy is offering a free 6 month subscription on Kaspersky. Also, there was a typo in the specs tab on this product, it actually has 2 TB. Great pc & happy with this purchase!

Internal software controlling sleep mode failed. It would not wake up once it entered sleep. Nor would it shut down. Required cutting power source and rebooting to get it to work. Geek squad partially fixed it, but the sleep mode has to be entered manually now. Now, there is no automatic sleep mode.

Came with Windows 10, needed Windows 10 Pro to connect to our domain at the office. Pro Pack upgrade not available for Windows 10. Returned for an HP ENVY with Windows 8.1 which easily upgraded to Pro.

The machine came with Windows 10 and we could not purchase an upgrade to professional. Professional is required at our company in order to log onto our domain. I had to return the machine

I have had this new computer for about a month. Only problem I have had is surfing the internet. Some pages refresh on their own and take a little time to refresh. I am not sure if this is an internet problem or a computer problem.

This computer is a good computer and I'm glad I purchased it. It works well for everything I do (pretty basic stuff) and is a nice fast little machine .

Like this computer but it has been hard to learn Windows10. I will enjoy it more when I get use to the machine.Thanks to the Geek Squad they have been a great help fixing issues that have come up.

Easy to set up. Satisfied with purchase. The tower is larger than my previous one but it is not a problem.

So far it is working good.....if i think there is a few things acting up....I go to my tweaking.com, account and they check it out for me......

We are very happy with the Dell computer we bought. It was not available in the first BB I went to, but I was able to pick it up in a store that was reasonably close.

Great machine at a fair price. Windows 10 has a glitch every now and then. That is the only reason this product does not have 5 stars.

Was a good deal and does what we need it to do, but seems a little noisier while running than other desktops we have had.

Needed a new desktop. So far so good! Does what I need it to do!

When my computer died I researched my options and found a great deal at Best Buy online. Love this machine!

Good choice for high speed, max capacity information storage. Software downloads were a good addition
