Previous good experience with dell computers led me to replace my older device with another Dell.

Overall, it's a good/decent computer. Too bad, it isn't a SSD hard drive.

This computer was unacceptable from the beginning. It appeared slowerf than it should, and then after one restart would not come on again. I returned it within one after purchase.

Good replacement for older computer. Dell durability

Not a computer guy but great for what we do with it

pc is working ok, key board did not work straight out of the box, tried it on my old pc, still did not work. Key board and mouse appear to be cheaply made, had to go back to using my old HP key board.

Geek squad set this up and it didn't work. Had to return it and order a new one. Ended up buying an HP and it work for a week and I downloaded Windows 10 and had nothing but problems.

Had to take product back twice for reset and eventually replaced with different brand.

This is the desktop that will replace my ancient but hearty Dell Inspiron E1505 laptop from the stone age. I'd tried a HP with AMD processor but it got sent back after 3 days. It was terrible. So after several days of research, I ordered this on bestbuy.com at half-past noon today. The whole process of picking it up at my local Best Buy took (I kid you not) 7 whole minutes.. By 1:15PM, I was back home and ready to set this puppy up. By 3PM the machine was fully set up, on my wifi network, with all the settings dialed in just right, and all my must-have applications successfully installed. It's now 5PM and this box has breezing its way through some rather-intensive HD video processing. Too cool! I'm digging having Win10 as the preinstalled OS. All my applications (the most recent versions of Firefox, IrfanView, VLC Media Player, Sony Vegas, GIMP, Paint.Net, etc) installed and ran without a problem. I like that the OS a little Win7 here and a little Win8.1 there... nicely done, MSFT. Best Buy + Dell: a winning combination for me!
